This Canadian introduction is one of the best Forsythia for northern climates. It’s extremely hardy, adapts to just about any location with well-drained soil, and requires only occasional pruning to shape or remove dead twigs. Branches are covered with yellow flowers in early spring. An easy to grow, low-maintenance deciduous shrub.
